We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and evolve our product, powered by a microservice architecture predominantly written in Kotlin, using Spring Boot. As a Backend Engineer, you will build and continually improve the systems that are crucial in detecting and processing potential fraudulent activities, making a significant impact on our ability to achieve our ambitious goals. You will be encouraged to embrace the latest technological updates and work on complex, interesting problems daily.
In This Role, You Will:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software in a dynamic environment.
- Manage individual project priorities and deliverables while collaborating with a team that values knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in technology.
- Propose new ideas and insights during our GSDD days.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Experience developing software using a JVM language and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems.
- Understanding of microservice architecture.
- Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
- Appreciation of working in a modern cloud architecture.
