All about the role

As a Senior CRM Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our Courier Relationship Management through strategic campaigns. You will be part of a dynamic, global team, working closely with stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven, automated communication strategies that improve courier engagement and retention.

These are some of the key ingredients to this role:

  • Courier Relationship Management: Oversee and manage all global communications, ensuring consistency, alignment, and effectiveness across markets
  • Campaigns for Acquisition & Conversion: Develop and execute targeted campaigns for courier acquisition, referral promotion, talent pools, and ad hoc needs
  • Communication Journeys: Design and implement automated communication journeys that will impact the retention, engagement, and performance of our couriers (onboarding, growth, retention, reactivation, etc.)
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully implement CRM projects
  • Tech & Integration Projects: Not only create content but also set up journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; define and implement data flows between SFMC and other data sources
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and optimize CRM activities to measure performance and continuously improve through actionable insights

What will you bring to the table?

  • Several years of solid experience in CRM, marketing, development, or a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills in English that enable you to present ideas in a clear manner and to manage multiple stakeholders in a global environment; German is a plus
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable system, as well as the ability to use SQL for data combination, data aggregation, and automation of processes
  • Experience with complex data models, data monitoring and troubleshooting, understanding data relationships, and leveraging data analysis and reporting
  • Strategic thinking, including the ability to define campaign priorities based on improving key metrics and aligning with broader business goals
  • Capability to structure work efficiently and manage projects from conception to execution
