Senior Expert (f/m/d) Executive HR

A Snapshot of Your Day
In your new role, you will oversee the contractual arrangements between the company and the Executive Board members. Applying your comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements related to Executive Board HR matters across relevant jurisdictions, you will ensure the efficient, effective, and compliant handling of all Executive Board HR affairs. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external collaborators. This position reports to the Head of Global Employment Conditions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Acting as a trusted partner to Executive Board members on all employment-related matters and providing expert guidance on legal requirements across Executive Board HR matters globally, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., legal, accounting, controlling) and external partners (e.g., tax advisors, external legal counsel, consultants) to efficiently manage Executive Board HR affairs
  • Supporting the Supervisory Board, particularly the Presiding Committee, in decisions regarding Executive Board appointments, contracts, and severance
  • Independently drafting Executive Board service contracts in compliance with legal requirements
  • Ensuring compliant processing of the Executive Board’s payroll through collaboration with external partners
  • Additionally, contributing to the design and establishment of a modern, globally standardized employment framework encompassing contracts, policies, and regulations aligned with international legal standards and methodologies

What You Bring

  • Qualification as a Syndikusrechtsanwalt (f/m/d) or equivalent expertise acquired through other master’s degrees (e.g., in Business, Economics, or HR Management), complemented by relevant long term professional experience in a similar role
  • Business Proficiency in German and English
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on concise and effective writing
  • Fundamental understanding of German company law and corporate governance framework preferred
  • Ability to cultivate trust with internal and external stakeholders and handle sensitive topics discreetly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work to the Supervisory Board and Executive Board
