As a key member of the People Analytics and Infrastructure team, you will work closely with various tools and systems to extract, analyze, and report data to support organizational goals as well as reporting obligations from internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices while delivering comprehensive HR data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting and Analytics

  • Design, maintain, and optimize HR dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights into key metrics such as turnover, diversity, engagement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with People and Culture and business leaders to develop customized reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of HR data in reporting processes.
  • Analyze trends and present recommendations for process improvements or policy changes.
  • Leverage tools such as HRIS systems, analytics platforms, and ESOP management tools to extract and analyze data efficiently.

Process Improvement

  • Review and refine HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work with HRIS and IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements aligned with business needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in HR auditing and reporting.

HR Audit and Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and manage an HR audit framework to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and recruitment practices.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate them.
  • Partner with legal and people teams to stay updated on regulatory developments, including both non-banking and banking, and ensure the organization’s compliance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior leadership and external auditors.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to manage and optimize the use of tools and systems within the People Analytics and Infrastructure team.
  • Partner with Internal Audit, ESG, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to align audit and reporting activities with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR audit and reporting matters, providing guidance and training as needed.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in (HR) analytics and reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, looker).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data and findings effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices is a plus.
