As a Senior Product Manager for Data Platform in ZEOS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data infrastructure & data warehouse, empowering the entire organization with the data foundations, internal tools and insights needed to drive innovation and growth. Our Data team is at the heart of our business, responsible for building and maintaining a robust, scalable, compliance, and secure data platform that supports data-driven decision-making across all departments from product, analytics, BI, and operation teams.
You will own and drive the data and platform strategy by collaborating closely with data engineers, analysts, operation, and other product managers to define the vision and strategy for our data platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business. This includes managing the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and continuous improvement.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)Define and Execute Strategy: Develop and implement a clear, actionable strategy for the data platform that aligns with our overall business objectives, drives innovation, enables self-service internal data tools, enforce data democratization and increases the time to value for the data itself.
Develop the Single Source of Truth: Lead the data engineering team to develop the ZEOS data warehouse with 100% data coverage as the single source of truth for all data users in the organization.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, operations, and other product teams to ensure the data platform meets the needs of various stakeholders across the organization.
Enhance Data Capabilities: Identify opportunities to integrate advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies into the platform to unlock new capabilities for data users throughout the organization.
Prioritize User and Business Needs: Continuously gather business requirements and feedback from internal users and stakeholders to refine the platform’s features and data coverage and ensure it delivers maximum value with a well communicated priority.
Own the Data Quality and Security: Champion best practices in data governance, quality, and security, ensuring the platform remains reliable, scalable, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Promote a Data-Driven Culture: Advocate for and support the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, providing the tools and resources needed for success.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in data platforms, analytics, and technology to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge and competitive.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IFProduct management experience: You have 3+ years of experience in product management and a background in Data Analytics, BI, Data Science or Data Engineering. Ideally your product management experience focuses on data platforms, analytics products, data products, or other technical platforms or internal tools.
Knowledgable in data area: You have a good understanding of different concepts in data engineering, data warehousing, data infrastructure, analytics and cloud-based data technologies (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud), or yourself were a data consumer before (e.g. analyst, data scientist, data engineer). Basic skill in SQL or Python is a plus.
Product strategic vision: You defined product vision, strategy and roadmap for your product, striking a balance between new feature development, technology enhancements, and operational excellence. You can translate operation and business needs into a clear product strategy, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
Leadership skills: You have a track record of driving engineering teams to nail complex projects and deliver impactful data or platform products including leading their sprint prioritization.
Data governance & compliance advocate: You have a solid understanding of data governance, quality, and security, and are committed to maintaining high standards in these areas.
Strong communication & stakeholder management: You can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration. You have a good hobbit of documentation for future alignment. You easily manage cross-functional discussions and establish great cooperation with stakeholders.
