Senior Product Owner (m/w/d)

SWARCO is a growing international group with over 5000 employees on all continents.
The Job position is for our software lab in Berlin, Germany. You will be part of a distributed team working on the next generation of Traffic Management System MyCity. Our goal is to create the best product on the market using state of the art technologies and processes.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Leading refinement and planning sessions within the team
- Writing Requirements, Epics and User Stories
- Manage and align with stakeholders of other domains
- Manage incoming requirements from sales, regions and other stakeholders
- Setting and managing the priorities of the team
- Handle mid-sprint changes effectively, ensuring alignment with broader project goals and stakeholder expectations
- Manage and communicate release timelines, ensuring they align with expectations from stakeholders
- Provide clear, concise updates on the team’s progress to senior management and stakeholders
- Highlight key achievements, challenges, and potential risks to ensure transparency and collaboration
- Close collaboration with the QA team to define test scenarios and customer sign off
- Ensure clarity and comprehensiveness of requirements and feature documentation
- Incorporate feedback from users and support Product Roadmap planning
Ihr Profil
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, and the ability to manage sprints, prioritize tasks, and adjust the sprint backlog as needed
- Good understanding of complex software architecture and cloud solutions
- Team player and very good communication skills
- Strong ability to work across teams, specifically with other POs, development teams, and regional stakeholders
- Ability to quickly analyze complex requirements from different regions and convert them into actionable product features
- Strong leadership in setting team direction, handling priority changes within the sprint, and making key decisions that impact product delivery
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Good attitude, love for the product and for your team
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
