As part of a major global renewable energy group, they maintain the agility of a start-up with the backing of a strong corporate structure. Our focus on mega solar projects, with a pipeline of 4 GW in Germany.
Your Tasks:

• Acquisition of land for large-scale solar projects, identifying suitable areas for development
• Site evaluation and identification with support from the acquisition team
• Independent management of large solar projects, from land securing to obtaining statutory approvals
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, municipalities, and other key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the development planning team, commissioning and managing external planning offices and specialist service providers
• Prepare and manage project documentation
• Process and prepare approval documents
• Coordinate with the grid connection team
• Ensure seamless handover of construction-ready projects to EPC and construction teams

Your Profile

• 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in project acquisition, planning, development, or landscape projects
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; a team player with a structured approach, and the ability to adapt to changing challenges while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset
• Degree in economics, renewable energies, architecture, landscape planning/architecture/ecology, agricultural sciences, or a comparable field of study, or equivalent practical experience
• Independent working style with a passion for renewable energy
• Fluent in German
