• Our Costumer is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager / (Financial Senior Program Manager)
• He would expect the person to be onsite from time to time (once or twice a week) so full remote would not work.
• The Costumer startet in 2021 a selection process for a new ERP, replacing Nav 2016.
• The selection should be done by the end of Q1 2022 and we will jump into implementation.
• This is a critical and complex project that involves many teams in and out of Finance.
• People who will have different level of involvement that they will have to manage on top of their day to day activities.
• In order to increase the chance of success and reduce risk, the cosutumer is looking for an Senior Project Manager who will help structure and steer this program of work.
• All-in all: Steer the overall implementation of the new ERP, management relation with Accounting, Finance and other teams involved. Manage also the relation with external partners

Das gesuchte Profil:

• The candidate should have extensive Project Management knowledge (if possible on ERP implementation). We want to adopt an Agile approach so the candidate should also have meaningful Agile Project Management.A good understanding of Finance / Accounting is also required.
• Hard Skills:Program management, Agile Project Management, Finance acumen
• Soft Skills: Communication In German and English, Stakeholder management
