Bei uns arbeitest du in einer SEO-Agentur, die mehrfach ausgezeichnet wurde - und du kannst mithelfen, dass wir auch weiterhin zu den Besten gehören. Als SEO-Consultant bist du der Architekt anspruchsvoller SEO-Projekte und trägst die Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung. Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kunden zusammen und setzt mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus Redakteuren, Content Consultants, Entwicklern und Grafik-Experten die von dir entwickelte SEO-Strategie um.

Aufgaben
- Dein Fokus sind die Top-Rankings. Du sorgst dafür, dass Inhalte, Keywords und Seitenstrukturen perfekt zusammenspielen - für Spitzenpositionen bei Google & Co.
- Mit durchdachten Keyword-Analysen identifizierst du die Hebel, die Traffic steigern und die Ziele deiner Kunden erreichen.
- Du organisierst regelmäßige Meetings mit Kunden und deinem Team, hältst durch strukturierte Reportings alle auf dem Laufenden und punktest mit kreativen Ideen und Maßnahmen.
- Immer den Markt im Blick. Du analysierst die Wettbewerber, entdeckst Chancen und stärkst damit die langfristige Performance deiner Kunden.
- Ganzheitlich denken. Du verfolgst deine SEO-Maßnahmen, hast aber auch SEA und Paid Social im Blick, um Projekte ganzheitlich und strategisch weiterzuentwickeln - für noch mehr Erfolg und Cross sells.
Anforderungen
- Für dich ist SEO mehr als ein Job - es ist deine Leidenschaft. Du arbeitest zielorientiert und liebst es, datengetrieben die Performance aufs nächste Level zu heben. Die Extrameile für außergewöhnliche Ergebnisse ist für dich Standard.
- Mit deiner mehrjährigen Expertise als SEO-Consultant, In-house-SEO oder SEO-Manager erkennst du die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und erreichst ihre Performanceziele durch clevere, strategische Optimierungen.
- Du bist stark in der Analyse, nutzt datengetriebene Insights und moderne KI-Tools, um smarte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Mit deinem Know-how machst du Erfolge sichtbar und steigerst die Performance nachhaltig.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kollegen mit und unterstützt sie dabei, fachlich zu wachsen. Erste Teamverantwortung? Ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Ob bei Kunden, im Team oder auf Konferenzen - du präsentierst deine Ideen klar und inspirierend. Deine Workshops und Meetings motivieren und führen zielgerichtet zum Erfolg.
- Reisen zu Kunden oder Projektstandorten sind für dich eine willkommene Abwechslung, die du mit Engagement meisterst. Mit verhandlungssicherem Deutsch und Englisch - und vielleicht weiteren Sprachen - bist du kommunikativ stark und lösungsorientiert.

About the job
- Your focus is on top rankings. You ensure that content, keywords, and site structures work together seamlessly - driving top positions on Google & Co.
- With well-thought-out keyword analyses, you identify the key levers to boost traffic and help your clients achieve their goals.
- You organize regular meetings with clients and your team, keep everyone up to date with structured reporting, and stand out with creative ideas and actionable measures.
- Always keeping an eye on the market, you analyze competitors, identify opportunities, and strengthen your clients' long-term performance.
- Thinking holistically, you monitor your SEO efforts while also considering SEA and Paid Social to develop projects strategically and comprehensively - driving even more success and cross-sells.
Requirements
- For you, SEO is more than just a job - it’s your passion. You are goal-oriented and love using data-driven approaches to take performance to the next level. Going the extra mile for exceptional results is simply part of your standard.
- With several years of experience as an SEO Consultant, in-house SEO, or SEO Manager, you understand the needs of our clients and achieve their performance goals through smart, strategic optimizations.
- You excel in analysis, leveraging data-driven insights and modern AI tools to make informed decisions. Your expertise makes success measurable and drives sustainable performance improvements.
- You bring experience in mentoring colleagues and helping them grow professionally. Previous team leadership experience? A plus, but not a requirement.
- Whether working with clients, your team, or presenting at conferences, you communicate your ideas clearly and with inspiration. Your workshops and meetings motivate others and lead to success-oriented outcomes.
- Traveling to clients or project locations is a welcome change for you, and you handle it with enthusiasm. With fluent German and English - and perhaps additional languages - you are a strong communicator and solutions-oriented professional.
