Du arbeitest bei einer in Deutschland mehrfach ausgezeichneten SEO-Agentur. Du kannst dazu beitragen, dass wir auch weiterhin zu den Besten gehören. Als Technical SEO Consultant bist du der Architekt komplexer SEO-Projekte und verantwortlich für deren Umsetzung. Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kunden zusammen und setzt gemeinsam mit einem Team aus Redakteuren, Content Consultants, Entwicklern und Grafikern die von dir entwickelte SEO-Strategie um. Du stellst sicher, dass die Websites unserer Kunden schneller und effizienter werden, indem du gezielt an den Core Web Vitals arbeitest und Optimierungsmaßnahmen umsetzt.

Aufgaben

• Du erklärst unseren Kunden und Kollegen die Begriffe Website-Silo-Architektur, Google-Core-Update, Time To First Byte, JSON-LD und Headless Browser in verständlicher und präziser Weise.
• Du nutzt unser OneProSEO-Tool aktiv, entwickelst es weiter und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden nachhaltig erfolgreich sind.
• Du interpretierst die Ergebnisse aus Website-Crawls, analysierst den Einsatz von KI, SEA und Paid Advertising, priorisierst Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und setzt diese gezielt um.
• Du planst und führst Site Clinics sowie technische SEO Audits durch, dokumentierst die Ergebnisse und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.

Anforderungen

• Du brennst für SEO, arbeitest gerne mit Experten zusammen und strebst stets danach, deine Fähigkeiten weiter auszubauen, um deine Ziele zu erreichen. Eigenständiges Arbeiten und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sind für dich selbstverständlich.
• Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Technical SEO Consultant, schreibst eigenständig datenfokussierte PHP- oder JavaScript-Anwendungen zu Analyse- und Optimierungszwecken und kennst den Unterschied zwischen WebSockets und AJAX. Du bringst auch Erfahrung mit Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) mit, beherrschst das Debuggen und verstehst den Unterschied zwischen Crawling, Indexing und Ranking.
• Du kannst souverän vor deinem Team, Kunden oder auf Konferenzen präsentieren. Zudem bist du in der Lage, Meetings und Workshops effizient vorzubereiten und professionell durchzuführen.
• Du bist bereit, für Tagesreisen zu Kunden vor Ort zu arbeiten. Dabei behältst du stets das unternehmerische Denken im Blick, um den Erfolg des Unternehmens voranzutreiben.
• Du hast Interesse an der persönlichen / fachlichen Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern und bringst erste Erfahrungen in der Teamverantwortung mit, was ein Plus ist, aber kein Muss.
• Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher und kannst auch in anderen Fremdsprachen kommunizieren, ohne Hemmungen, in verschiedenen Sprachen zu arbeiten.

About the job

• You explain concepts like website silo architecture, Google Core Updates, Time to First Byte, JSON-LD, and headless browsers in a way that’s clear and easy to understand for clients and colleagues.
• You work with our OneProSEO tool, using it actively and enhancing it to ensure long-term success for our clients.
• You analyze website crawl data, evaluate the use of AI, SEA, and paid advertising, prioritize optimization opportunities, and implement them effectively.
• You plan and lead site clinics and technical SEO audits, documenting results and providing clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• You’re passionate about SEO, enjoy collaborating with experts, and are always striving to expand your skills to achieve your goals. Independent work and continuous learning come naturally to you.
• You have several years of experience as a Technical SEO Consultant, and you’re skilled in developing data-driven PHP or JavaScript applications for analysis and optimization purposes. You understand the difference between WebSockets and AJAX, have experience with artificial intelligence (AI), excel at debugging, and have a solid grasp of the distinctions between crawling, indexing, and ranking.
• You’re confident presenting to your team, clients, or at conferences. You’re also adept at preparing and leading meetings and workshops efficiently and professionally.
• You’re open to occasional day trips to visit clients on-site and maintain a business-oriented mindset to help drive the company’s success.
• You’re interested in supporting the personal and professional development of colleagues and bring some experience in team leadership-a plus, but not a requirement.
• You are fluent in both German and English and feel comfortable communicating in other languages, with no hesitation in working across different linguistic contexts.
