Das bringst Du mit
- 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Softwaresysteme, davon mindestens 2 Jahre mit AI/ML
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von AI-Technologien, insbesondere NLP und Large Language Models
- Exzellente Backend-SAIlls (Python, FastAPI, Docker) und Erfahrung mit modernen Cloud-Architekturen
- Sehr gute Frontend-Kenntnisse (React, TypeScript) und Fokus auf User Experience
- Hands-on Mentalität: Du liebst es zu coden und technische Probleme bis ins Detail zu lösen
- Track-Record im Aufbau skalierbarer AI-Systeme in produktiven Umgebungen
- Erfahrung mit MLOps und der Integration von AI in Produktivsysteme

- Hands-on Entwicklung: 70% deiner Zeit verbringst du mit aktivem Coding
- Design und Implementierung unserer AI-Pipeline und ML-Infrastruktur
- Technische Führung des Engineering-Teams durch Best Practices und Code Reviews
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product-Team zur Entwicklung innovativer AI-Features

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the development of complex software systems, including at least 2 years with AI/ML
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, especially NLP and Large Language Models
- Excellent backend SAIlls (Python, FastAPI, Docker) and experience with modern cloud architectures
- Very good frontend knowledge (React, TypeScript) and focus on user experience
- Hands-on mentality: you love coding and solving technical problems down to the last detail
- Track record in building scalable AI systems in production environments
- Experience with MLOps and the integration of AI into production systems

Your tasks
- You lead the technical vision and architecture of our AI-powered platform
- Hands-on development: 70% of your time is spent actively coding
- Design and implementation of our AI pipeline and ML infrastructure
- Provide technical leadership to the engineering team through best practices and code reviews
- Work closely with the product team to develop innovative AI features
- Building scalable DevOps processes and ML infrastructure
