WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Are you interested in working in our People Data Service Unit on knowledge management, digitalization and optimizing our processes? Starting immediately, you have the opportunity to learn about and actively contribute to the HR processes of an international corporation.

  • You have the opportunity to learn Organizational Management and develop project management skills.
  • In supporting reorganization projects, you organize communication, documentation, and maintenance activities.
  • You ensure high data quality in both reorganization projects and ongoing processes through quality checks and data investigation.
  • Advising HR business partners and leaders on Organizational Management and reorganization topics is part of your role.
  • You contribute to data security by maintaining and reviewing access rights and authorization matrices.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar relevant fields
  • first experience in a HR role; experience in OM maintenance is a plus
  • ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English; German is a plus
  • committed team player with outstanding service mindset, passion for your area and a structured and self-driven personality

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 38.872,00 - 44.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance
