Sports Marketing Manager (all genders)

Your role

We are looking for a proactive Sports Marketing Manager (all genders) to lead the marketing efforts for our sports category. This role is primarily hands-on with strategic involvement, focusing on both customer retention and acquisition to drive engagement in our sports product line. You will work with influencers, optimize website functionality, and manage cross-functional initiatives to deliver a best-in-class experience for sports customers.

  • Driving cross-selling efforts by migrating existing customers into the sports product category
  • Creating and executing acquisition campaigns to attract new customers to the sports line
  • Working closely with influencers and personal trainers to enhance brand presence and authenticity
  • Optimizing the performance of sports category pages on the website, focusing on improved conversion rates
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and other business functions to ensure alignment on strategies and goals
  • Partnering with category teams, product development, design, and tech to enable a seamless customer experience
  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs related to cross-selling, conversion, and customer acquisition, and providing actionable insights
  • Staying informed about trends in sports marketing, influencer campaigns, and eCommerce best practices to keep our initiatives relevant and innovative

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Mid to senior-level experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally within sports nutrition or related fields
  • Background in influencer marketing and managing partnerships, including personal trainer programs
  • Understanding of best-practice eCommerce and experience enhancing online customer journeys
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, especially with marketing, design, tech, and product development teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
  • Passion for sports, health, and wellness is a plus
