LiveEO’s ambitious goal is to monitor 1 billion assets across the globe with its unique SaaS solution until 2030.
As part of the Office-IT Team, you will ensure the integrity, reliability, scalability, security and cost efficiency of LiveEO’s internal IT infrastructure. You will serve as the main focal point for providing service to the entire company regarding hardware (mostly provisioning and de-provisioning laptops and peripherals) and company-wide used software.

Your challenge

• Provision and deprovision hardware and software according with the current HR needs
• Desktop support in a mixed environment (Linux/Mac/Windows)
• Account management into various systems (invite/suspend)
• Ordering hardware to keep a stock of consumables (mice, headsets, cables, etc.)
• Keeping all office infrastructure operational and reliable
• Atlassian administration
• Supporting possible organizational changes
• Vendor management
• Managing software licenses
• Handling InfoSec related processes (incident reports, incremental improvements…)
• Establishing internal IT related processes
• Endpoint management

Your profile

Must to have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Sufficient operational knowledge of Linux (we use Ubuntu LTS)
• Experience with administering Google Workspace
• Some experience administering the Atlassian stack
• Good understanding of networking (CCNA level)
• Experience in establishing internal organizational processes and policies

Nice to have:

• Some experience in administering Mac systems (Apple Business Manager, MDM)
• Previous experience with MDM tools such as JumpCloud, JAMF
• Previous experience administering Windows systems (Active Directory)
• Some experience with AWS
• Basic experience with infrastructure-as-code
• Sufficient knowledge of German
