About this role:
The role of Team Lead Courier HR Operations at Lieferando will play a key role in driving business critical projects in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders from Courier Recruiting, Local Operations and Payroll, as well as global stakeholders in the JET universe.
In this role you have the opportunity to align on employer and employee needs and drive change with an agile mindset.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Lead & develop your team of approx. 14 Courier HR Specialists.
- Oversee global HR administration processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Optimize & integrate processes, driving automation and standardization.
- Collaborate with Team Leads & business leaders of other JET countries to share insights and support decision-making.
- Train your team on processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
What will you bring to the table?
- At least 4 years of professional experience in HR, including in managing HR operations teams and a profound knowledge of all HR-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s or certification is a plus.
- Experience in leading teams and know-how to motivate and develop team members.
- Expertise in Core HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in ticket systems and data reporting tools.
- Confident handling of KPIs as well as strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Solid project management experience, managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Conceptual, analytical thinking as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and self-organisation.
- Excellent knowledge of German and fluent English.
- Initial experience of working with works councils is a plus.
