Technical Implementation Manager

Aklamio is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to help further our development and align with key stakeholders to ensure good customer success and implementation processes for our ever changing referral marketing platform! What you’ll do
- Report to our Integrations Lead and take ownership of our ever growing customer integration with brands and services
- Implement our SaaS technology (tracking script, APIs, iFrame) into our new customers’ website
- Rolling out new features across our customer base
- Ensuring that the technical setup is done correctly on our customers’ end
- Guiding customers through the implementation phase
- Be the technical point of contact for our new and current customers and internal teams (Integration, Sales, Customer, IT, Product, etc) when it comes to tracking
- Close cooperation with our product teams to improve our features & products
- Be hands on to learn & improve our APIs and run testing scripts as well as monitoring the functionality of the APIs in production
- Support customer facing teams with technical issues and expertise
- Translate our customer requests into product requirements for our product team
What you’ll bring with you
- You have a development / coding background, a proven track record of 3-5 years as a solutions / integrations manager / in technical project management background (B2B, e-commerce, SaaS or startups are a plus!)
- You enjoy being a solutions expert, integration manager or providing technical implementation for companies
- Experience working on different sides of the funnel: integration for large complex systems, or software development, or product management
- Good understanding of APIs and strong analytical skills
- Communication is very important for you and you’re used to working cross-functionally within internal and external teams
- You enjoy being pro-active & work on your own
- Extensive coding background, you enjoy writing in Javascript and Python and are proficient at debugging code (additional languages are a plus)
- An avid problem solver when it comes to meeting customer needs, and can easily translate data into insights in a non-technical manner
- You’ve worked with JIRA and Confluence
- Previous knowledge in using Postman
- Have a good understanding of SQL
- You are results-driven and possess a ‘yes I can’ attitude when given the opportunity
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, etc are a nice plus)
- Located in Berlin
