Project Description
The primary goal of this initiative is to design and deploy a cloud-based Generative AI system. This advanced solution is tailored to significantly enhance code documentation processes in alignment with the European Railway Traffic Management System (ERTMS) standards. By leveraging the capabilities of Generative AI, the system aims to substantially improve the readability and accuracy of code documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive, easily understandable, and meticulously annotated.
Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our innovative Generative AI system. Your main task will be to design an engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interface for our cloud-based AI application. This role demands a creative approach to design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to translate complex AI functionalities into a seamless user experience.

Requirements

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and wireframing and prototyping, with a portfolio showcasing successful digital projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first approach.
Experience with user testing, usability analysis, and prototyping.
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for interactive design implementations.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.

Designing intuitive and user-centric interfaces for our Generative AI application.
Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to enhance usability.
Understanding of accessibility and usability principles in digital design.
Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Monitoring and analyzing user engagement and iterating designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Would be a plus:
Experience in designing interfaces for AI-based applications.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
Understanding of accessibility and usability principles in digital design.
Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar
Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services or other cloud platforms
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
