So unterstützt Du unser Team

• Du arbeitest in einem multidisziplinären Team aus Copywriter:innen und Product Visual Manager:innen als Teil der Content Production
• Du lieferst das Rundumpaket aus passgenauen Inhalten, Zielgruppenansprache und dem richtigen Tone of Voice der Marken; Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf unseren Sexual Wellness Marken Satisfyer und EIS
• Du verfasst und optimierst Textcontent wie Produktbeschreibungen, Landing Pages, Blogposts, Newsletter, Headlines und mehr in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Du arbeitest an neuen Webshop und App-Inhalten und berücksichtigst dabei UX Writing Standards
• Du bist involviert in die Entwicklung neuer Produktnamen und der Beschreibung von Features und Benefits
• Du verfasst und optimierst Texte aus SEO Perspektive unter Berücksichtigung spezifischer KPIs
• Du arbeitest mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen wie Creative, UX Design, Product Development, Shop Management, Online Marketing und Sales zusammen, um relevante und akkurate Botschaften zu vermitteln
• Du übernimmst das Korrekturlesen diverser Inhalte auf Anfrage verschiedener Stakeholder, und stellst dabei sicher, dass eine einwandfreie Sprache, korrekte Grammatik und Interpunktion und ein flüssiger Ausdruck gegeben sind
• Du prüfst Assets und stellst sicher, dass Tonalität, Schlüsselbotschaften und Markenwerke an allen Touchpoints konsistent präsentiert werden
• Du bist involviert in die Entwicklung von Inhalten und Headlines für vertriebswirksame Kampagnen

Das bringst Du mit

• Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Texter:in für B2C oder B2B Kunden, als Teil eines Inhouse-Teams oder in einer Agentur
• Deine Berufserfahrung hast Du im E-Commerce gesammelt und bist versiert im Verfassen von App & Webshop Copy, UX-Copywriting liegt Dir im Blut
• Du beherrschst die deutsche & englische Sprache tadellos und vermittelst in beiden Sprachen klare, prägnante und fesselnde Botschaften
• Du hast Spaß am Arbeiten in cross-funktionalen Teams
• Es fällt Dir leicht, Deinen Schreibstil an den Tone of Voice unterschiedlicher Marken anzupassen
• Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail und legst höchsten Wert auf sprachliche Qualität
• Du hast Kenntnisse im Schreiben von SEO-Texten und kannst sowohl neue Texte erstellen als auch bestehende Texte nach SEO-Gesichtspunkten optimieren
• Du bist ein:e Macher:in mit Hands-On-Mentalität, ein:e echte:r Teamplayer:in und begeisterst mit proaktiven Ideen, um das Markenimage durch den passenden Content kontinuierlich zu verbessern
• Du hast erstklassige organisatorische Fähigkeiten und kennst das Arbeiten mit klaren Deadlines
• Du bist lösungsorientiert, effizient und arbeitest hervorragend in interdisziplinären, internationalen Teams
• Du bist aufgeschlossen gegenüber Themen im Bereich Sexual Wellness; Erfahrungen in der Sexual-Wellness-Branche oder verwandten Bereichen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing, Kreativem Schreiben, Sprachwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Es ist Dir möglich, in unseren Büros in Bielefeld oder Berlin zu arbeiten

How you support our team

• You will work in a multidisciplinary team of copywriters and product visual managers as part of the content production team.
• You will deliver a complete package of tailored content, target audience communication, and the right tone of voice for our brands, with a focus on our sexual wellness brands, Satisfyer and EIS.
• You will write and optimize text content such as product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, newsletters, headlines, and more, in both German and English.
• You will contribute to new webshop and app content, taking UX writing standards into account.
• You will be involved in developing new product names and describing features and benefits.
• You will write and optimize texts from an SEO perspective, considering specific KPIs.
• You will collaborate with various departments, such as Creative, UX Design, Product Development, Shop Management, Online Marketing, and Sales, to convey relevant and accurate messages.
• You will proofread various content upon request from different stakeholders, ensuring flawless language, correct grammar and punctuation, and smooth expression.
• You will review assets and ensure that tone, key messages, and brand values are consistently presented across all touchpoints.
• You will be involved in developing content and headlines for sales-effective campaigns.

What sets you apart

• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a copywriter for B2C or B2B clients, either as part of an in-house team or at an agency.
• You have gained your professional experience in e-commerce and are skilled at writing app & webshop copy; UX copywriting is second nature to you.
• You have an excellent command of both German and English and can convey clear, concise, and engaging messages in both languages.
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
• You can easily adapt your writing style to the tone of voice of different brands.
• You have a keen eye for detail and place the highest value on linguistic quality.
• You have experience in writing SEO texts and can both create new content and optimize existing texts from an SEO perspective.
• You are a doer with a hands-on mentality, a true team player, and you bring proactive ideas to continuously improve the brand image through the right content.
• You have excellent organizational skills and are accustomed to working with clear deadlines.
• You are solution-oriented, efficient, and work excellently in interdisciplinary, international teams.
• You are open-minded about topics in the sexual wellness field; experience in the sexual wellness industry or related areas is a plus but not a must.
• You have a degree in communication studies, marketing, creative writing, linguistics, or a comparable qualification.
• You are able to work in our offices in Bielefeld or Berlin.
