How you support our team

• You will edit branded digital video content and assets with an international focus for our GESKE Social Media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube
• You will work together with actress, who is the Face of Geske brand, and you will have an active role in deciding the final video asset output
• You will be responsible for the postproduction of the filmed material, including editing, color grading, visual effects and sound design.
• You will need to edit the videos in such a way that they are engaging, funny, memorable, keeping brand CI on one side and being trendy and engaging on the other
• You will advise on the quality of each production step and contribute specialized feedback that helps everyone complete their tasks successfully
• You will create relevant video content with a mobile-first approach for our e-commerce customer journey
• You will ensure a consistent level of quality and minimal turnaround times for video projects
• You will be responsible for a natural and engaging flow in each piece of video content while always keeping in mind the creative idea and concept behind the content
• You will support and consult other members of the creative team from a technical expert perspective on video formats and possibilities

What sets you apart

• You have several years of relevant work experience in video editing and production
• You are up to date on industry standards and best practices in video productions, with a focus on Social Media channels
• You have strong skills in color grading, video and sound editing
• You have a deep know-how of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere and After Effects (and Audition)
• Previous experience with other industry software such as Davinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro X is a plus
• You are solution-oriented, efficient and have a track record of working well in an interdisciplinary team
• You are a self-starter and have a team-focused attitude
• Creativity to develop innovative ideas that make our brand stand out on Social Media
• Familiarity with current Social Media trends and the specific requirements of the platforms (e.g. reels, shorts and longer videos).
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus

• Du bearbeitest markenbezogene digitale Videoinhalte und Assets mit internationalem Fokus für unsere GESKE Social Media Kanäle wie Instagram, TikTok und YouTube.
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Schauspielerin, die das Gesicht der Marke GESKE ist, triffst du aktive Entscheidungen über den finalen Video-Output.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Postproduktion des gefilmten Materials, einschließlich Schnitt, Farbkorrektur, visueller Effekte und Sounddesign.
• Deine Aufgabe ist es, Videos so zu bearbeiten, dass sie fesselnd, witzig und einprägsam sind - dabei hältst du die Marken-CI auf der einen Seite ein und sorgst gleichzeitig für einen modernen und ansprechenden Look.
• Du berätst über die Qualität der einzelnen Produktionsschritte und gibst fachliches Feedback, um allen Beteiligten zu helfen, ihre Aufgaben erfolgreich umzusetzen.
• Mit einem Mobile-First-Ansatz erstellst du relevante Videoinhalte für unsere E-Commerce Customer Journey.
• Du stellst ein gleichbleibend hohes Qualitätsniveau sicher und sorgst für minimale Durchlaufzeiten bei Videoprojekten.
• Dabei behältst du immer den kreativen Fluss jedes Videos im Blick und stellst sicher, dass die ursprüngliche Idee und das Konzept erkennbar bleiben.
• Als technischer Experte unterstützt und berätst du andere Mitglieder des Kreativteams zu Videoformaten und -möglichkeiten.

Das bringst Du mit

• Du hast mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Videobearbeitung und -produktion.
• Du bist mit aktuellen Branchenstandards und Best Practices in der Videoproduktion vertraut, insbesondere im Bereich Social Media.
• Deine Stärken liegen in der Farbkorrektur, Video- und Soundbearbeitung.
