Your mission

The Online Sales team drives the success of our websites and marketing channels across all regions, ensuring a seamless and impactful presence. Their dedication and innovation consistently deliver impressive results, shaping the future of our business.
This role blends data analysis, strategic thinking, and execution, making it ideal for someone who wants to push performance through insights and creative onsite initiatives.
You can easily work remotely with us - but we would of course also be happy if you started at our Berlin office!

  • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:You will use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other data platforms to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion patterns
  • You can identify bottlenecks, drop-off points, and opportunities for improving website performance.
  • You will set measurable performance indicators such as bounce rate, average session duration, conversion rate, and revenue per visitor
  • You can create regular reports summarising key insights, test results, and performance improvements, and present them to stakeholders
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation:You can design, implement, and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to assess changes to user experience, content, or design
  • You will analyse the results of experiments and make data-driven recommendations to optimise the site
  • Onsite Activations Planning:You will plan and execute onsite activations such as product launches, seasonal promotions, sales campaigns, or customer engagement initiatives
  • You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to align website content with broader campaigns and ensure optimal placement of activation elements (banners, pop-ups, calls-to-action)
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):You will drive improvements in conversion rates by refining website content, optimising landing pages, and improving form completions
  • You will focus on increasing the effectiveness of calls-to-action (CTAs), product placement, and checkout processes
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align website optimisations with broader business goals
  • You can work with technical teams to implement data-driven changes and ensure smooth deployment of website updates

Your profile

  • Education:Ideally you completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience:You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • You must already have experience with Shopify Plus
  • Skills:You have strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • You show expertise in A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, A/B Tasty, VWO)
  • You have an understanding of UX principles and the ability to make data-backed recommendations
  • Experience in planning and executing digital activations (e.g., product launches, seasonal campaigns)
  • Strong project management skills for coordinating between teams
  • You speak fluent English and German
  • Preferred Qualifications:Ideally, you already have experience working with web platforms, reporting tools, optimisation and A/B testing tools
  • A basic understanding of HTML/CSS to customise email templates would be a bonus
  • You possess knowledge of SEO best practices to ensure the site is optimised for search engines

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Your main goal will be to help manage customer data, enhance customer engagement strategies, and assist in executing CRM campaigns. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in CRM, marketing, and data-driven customer experience management.
You can easily work remotely with us - but we would of course also be happy if you started at our Berlin office!

  • CRM Maintenance and Administration:You assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of the CRM platform
  • You ensure data integrity by regularly updating and cleaning customer data
  • You will troubleshoot any CRM-related issues and work with the technical team to resolve them
  • You support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Customer Segmentation & Engagement:You assist in segmenting customer data for personalised communication
  • You will help develop and refine customer personas for targeted marketing efforts
  • You will help develop strategies for improving customer loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value
  • You support the personalisation of the customer journey through targeted communications and offers
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:You will analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns
  • You can generate insights from CRM data to help improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • You will produce regular reports on customer segments, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness
  • You will monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future campaigns
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:You can collaborate with the sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on CRM strategies
  • You assist in integrating CRM data with other business systems such as eCommerce platforms or marketing automation tools
  • CRM Optimisation:You like to stay updated on the latest CRM tools and best practices to recommend improvements
  • You can help identify opportunities to automate workflows within the CRM system

Dein Profil

  • Education:You completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Seit 2014 lässt O'Donnell Moonshine die Tradition des Moonshine wieder auferstehen - in amerikanische Einmachgläser abgefüllt, vertreiben wir unsere Liköre als mittlerweile größter Moonshine-Produzent Europas von Berlin aus in die ganze Welt.
