Deine Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Monitoring von KPIs für interne Abteilungen (Controlling)
• Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen und Investor Reportings
• Beschaffung von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellsystemen (Salesforce, Zuora) sowie deren Bereinigung, Integration, Auswertung und Darstellung
• Unterstützung bei unseren Finanzprozessen - Onboarding von neuen Verträgen, Bearbeitung von Finanzanfragen unserer Kunden
• Prüfung und Buchung eingehender Rechnungen (Kreditoren) in unserer Buchhaltungssoftware (Datev)
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO und dem Head bei wichtigen Objectives und Key Results zur Optimierung strategischer Prozesse

Dein Profil

• Laufendes Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem, mathematischem oder statistischem Hintergrund
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Finanzabteilung eines Startups
• Zahlenaffinität und ein hoch-analytischer sowie strukturierter Arbeitsstil
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel, Erfahrungen mit SQL/BigQuery und Visualisierungstools (z.B. Google Data Studio); Python-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, mit anzupacken und unsere großen Wachstumsziele umzusetzen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1/C2)

Your mission

• Creation of ad-hoc analyses and monitoring of KPIs for internal departments (Controlling)
• Support in monthly closings and investor reporting
• Procurement of data from various source systems (Salesforce, Zuora) as well as their cleansing, integration, evaluation, and presentation
• Support in our financial processes - onboarding new contracts, handling financial inquiries from our customers
• Reviewing and booking incoming invoices (accounts payable) in our accounting software (Datev)
• Collaboration with the CEO and Head on important objectives and key results to optimize strategic processes

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in economics, mathematics, or statistics
• Initial practical experience in the finance department of a startup
• Affinity for numbers and a highly analytical and structured work style
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, experience with SQL/BigQuery and visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio); Python knowledge is a plus
• High level of initiative and willingness to get involved and implement our large growth goals
• Very good knowledge of English (at least C1)
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1/C2)
