Who is the Marketing Working Student?
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Working Student to support our marketing activities across our 13 locations in Germany. This role is based in Berlin and requires a hands-on approach to a diverse range of marketing tasks for both existing and new locations, encompassing all aspects of marketing including online, offline, and integrated campaigns.
You report to the Marketing Manager in Berlin and would be working 20h/week. Ideally, you are available for a minimum of 6 months.
What will you be responsible for:

• Marketing Strategy and Execution: Support the development and implementation of marketing activities across various channels including online, offline, media, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the global marketing team, including creative, PPC, SEO, PR, social media, and content managers
• Online Campaigns: Support the development and management of lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition for our locations, offerings, and services. Create and manage ad copies and creative content briefs for our design team for our SEA and Paid Social campaigns.
• Influencer Marketing: Support the development and implementation of meaningful influencer collaborations.
• Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with marketing vendors and find relevant partners to strengthen the awareness of the Mindspace brand in Germany.
• Event Coordination: Assist in attracting and coordinating major ecosystem events at our locations.
• Collateral Development: Create marketing materials, including presentations, campaigns, demos, videos, and sales enablement tools.

Requirements

Experience & Minimum Qualifications:

• Requirements: You are currently enrolled in a full-time Master's program in a German university with a focus on Marketing
• Location: Based in Berlin with extensive knowledge of the local market.
• Language Skills: Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience: First experience in marketing, online advertising in startup or enterprise environments.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot - a plus.
